In many parts of Africa, the girl-child grows up in an environment that exposes her to physical, mental, emotional, and sexual abuse. This leaves the physical and emotional scars she carries her entire life. Charlotte grew up in such an environment where she faced physical abuse, emotional abuse, and sexual molestation. She believed she had successfully navigated through her treacherous environment and successfully preserved her virginity for her eventual husband. Her husband, Anthony Camper, was a loving and very caring man. Throughout their courtship, sexual relationships were excluded; it is ironic, even tragic, when she and her husband discovered on their wedding night that the much cherished and respected virginity had mysteriously disappeared. This shocking discovery raises several questions: To whom, when, and where did Charlotte Camper lose her virginity?
Biography
Chinyere M Udeh
Ms. Chinyere Udeh was born in Nigeria but raised in the United States of America. Her interest in the justice system of the United States drove her into majoring and working in the field of Criminal Justice. She holds a Master’s degree in Homeland Security with a concentration in Criminal Justice from American Military University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Forensic Investigation from Coppin State University. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Law Enforcement and Correctional Administration from Baltimore City Community College. She joined the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Service in 2014 and worked in various sections of the organization, rising to the rank of Correctional Officer II, before leaving the service in 2019.
Ms. Udeh is an avid reader and a prolific writer. She is the founder and CEO of All Martha’s Writers LLC, an organization that is in the business of publishing, editing, ghostwriting, sales, and marketing of books.
